Do you ever feel like you just cannot get motivated on your own to do something healthy? Although I am passionate about nutrition and exercise, I still find my motivation comes and goes.
Recently, I have had some conversations with people as passionate as me about nutrition. I forgot how much a conversation can increase my motivation. Knowing you are “in it” with other people, gives me encouragement to continue pursuing a healthy lifestyle.
