In the messiness of my room/bed and in the middle of feeling a little run down, I'm planning my workout week! Yes, I love planning, but this simple act keeps me on track with one of my healthy habits. It also gives me a spark of hope and anticipation at the week ahead. Of what can be if I make the choice! Habits are empowering even though they take discipline. We can choose how we prirotize our days. Does it look different in different seasons, does it need to be realistic and can it change on the fly? Absolutely. Under all those toppings are a couple yummy turkey burgers. This came after a delicious side salad. Followed by a piece of #keto fudge. Mmmmmmmmm.
#keto filet of fish "sandwich" and roasted zucchini. Hubby eats the zucchini like candy. Recipe for filet was from No Crumbs Left. I used the tartar sauce recipe from Primal Palate. All of it was delicious! 😋 We splurged Saturday night a little and Sunday at lunch and boy did my body crash in energy. After just 12 hours back on #keto I am feeling 💯. Making me think on vacation I need to watch the frequency and amnout of splurges so I can actually have energy to enjoy vacation! Counting down the days! 🤗
