One of the ways I stay on track eating healthy during the week is to prep my lunches on Sundays. I have posted in the past about Mason Jar Salads, but thought I would share a few other ideas.
- Chicken Wraps – these can be prepped in a jar like salad and then poured into the wrap right before eating
- Baked Potatoes – with chicken, roasted veggies, cottage cheese, salsa
- Chili – make a healthier option with ground turkey
- Chicken Burritos – the cold items can be stored in a separate container and added into the burrito right before eating
