Another Mason Jar idea that is healthy, easy, and super delicious.
In order from bottom to top:
- Quinoa (I cook mine in broth for added flavor.)
- Black Beans
- Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime Seasoning
- Jack’s Special Salsa
- Light Colby Jack Cheese
- Lettuce
- Light Sour Cream
- Avocado (Do not put in jar. Cut fresh before serving.)
You will notice in the picture, two versions. I don’t mind eating mine as a cold salad. My husband prefers to heat his and then add the lettuce, sour cream and avocado. So I prep his lettuce and sour cream in a smaller jar.
