Some of my most popular posts are on meal planning. It seems to be the least desirable task for people and a barrier to eating healthy. I am actually creating a 4 week meal plan with recipes, grocery list, prep list for a family member. It’s a lot of work especially since I’m trying to be detailed! So I decided to share week 1. I may time-permitting continue to share weeks 2-4 as I complete them, but I can’t make any promises. Ha!
