One of our favorite Mason Jar Salads is a Taco Salad. My friends keep asking me to do a video showing how I prep my mason jar salads. Below is that video (finally – I recorded it over 6 months ago). Taco Salad ingredients are below the video.
Ingredients:
Newman’s Light Lime Dressing (a little goes a long way) or Bolthouse Farms Salsa Ranch
Black Beans
Corn
Green Peppers
Lite Mexican Cheese
Sour Cream
Salsa or Taco Sauce
Romaine Lettuce
Tortilla Strips in baggie so they don’t get soggy
Ground Turkey or Cooked Chicken Breast (seasoned with homemade taco seasoning) in separate jar
