These keto peanut butter cookies have been a frequent treat during our keto journey! Hope you enjoy them!
- 1 cup creamy nut butter (I use peanut butter usually but you can use any nut butter)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup keto friendly maple syrup (I use NuNaturals Stevia sweentened syrup)
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- handful of 85% dark chocolate chips
- 1-1 1/2 scoops of peanut butter collagen powder (I use Primal Kitchen’s)
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Let cool before eating. You an freeze these and eat them right out of the freezer!
