I'm still here cooking in my #airfryer - focusing on getting Air Fryer converts. 😂 But seriously I have nothing to gain but seeing other people find easy and healthy ways to make food they enjoy! Fish topped with ghee / garlic / salt / pepper + spinach / quinoa / ginger sautéed in avocado oil and topped with coconut aminos. Mmmmmmmmm and done in 15 minutes! Can you even sit down at a restaurant, order your food and get it in that amount of time!?! 👊
Gimme all the @primalkitchenfoods products! BBQ ranch dressing on my salad and sweet potato fries & ketchup on the chicken burgers. This meal was done in 15 minutes and was so good. The #airfryer is really the healthy fast food appliance! And it's such a low maintenance way to cook! HAPPY Tuesday! I got in a 3 mile walk + my upper body workout tonight even after a long work day. Good morning! This is me still waking up, trying to wind down from some long days and getting over a stomach bug. Even with life's plot twists, we can find things for which to be grateful. Even if some days it's a simple cup of coffee or a soft pillow. Or maybe you can still see the big picture and be grateful for the love of your family or God's faithfulness through all things. Whatever the moments you're in, gratitude can be a weapon to win out over depression and darkness in our lives. When we find the blessings, we choose joy, a deep lasting joy. And if you are a science nerd like me, research is linking positive increases in brain chemistry and health with attitudes of contentment and gratitude! What an amazing thing to think about. Don't let this meal fool you. There are loads of greens in it. I sautéed spinach in olive oil and added marinara to the pan to heat through. Boiled some gluten free pasta. Topped all that with some vegan parmesean cheese - also with some sneaky goodness - nutritional yeast and hemp seeds. Paired that with some #airfried andouille chicken sausage from Costco. It has a kick and is so, so good! Happy Tuesday! P. S. I'm still over here making quick healthy meals even when I'm not posting them, and you can bet most nights I'm using my air fryer!
