Favorite #keto Recipes from 2020

Did you imagine the word favorite would be in the same sentence with the year 2020? No? Well, it has been a year with new challenges, but there have been hard years before this. And I’m sure it’s not our last hard year. I’ve learned (and keep learning) to embrace the joy and pain together in the same seasons.

On the health front, I am thankful for my health and that we have found a lifestyle that works for us! January 1, 2020 was the year we committed to 21 days of #keto eating. I was a doubter and didn’t think it would stick. But it has!

I’m going to be honest, this post was hard because there are so many new recipes we have enjoyed! I was able for almost every favorite recipe to find a picture that I took. That’s usually a good indicator that we enjoyed the meal!

And now I’m excited to share with you some of our favorite keto recipes from 2020!

A great way to get in your greens!
Dairy Free Waffle by Sugar Free Mom
Or as the keto world calls them Chaffles. They can be sweet or savory to use as buns!
Cauliflower Crust Pizza by Perfect Keto
This dairy free crust is amazing!
Chicken Sausage Sheet Pan
I also make this meal in the air fryer!
I don’t have a go to recipe, but I’ve linked one above that is quite tasty!
Buffalo Chicken Dip Casserole by The Whole Cook
I add riced cauliflower to this recipe and use dairy free ranch dressing!
Enchilada Stuffed Peppers by Paleo Running Momma
I’ve used ground turkey in this recipe too, and it is just as tasty!

These are so easy and have so much flavor!
